When you watch an episode with subtitles, you meet dozens of unknown words. You understand most of them from context in the moment, then lose almost all of them within a day. That is not a discipline problem. It is how memory works without retrieval practice.

The classic fix is to build flashcards by hand. It works, and almost nobody sustains it, because the effort lands before the reward. Moreno removes that step: it reads the content, decides what is worth learning, attaches the sentence you met it in, and schedules the reviews.
